For some organisations and their leaders, it is a challenge to incorporate new (or relatively new) immigrant workforce into their teams, and to harness the positive energy of such culturally diverse teams.

As development facilitator I work with small, medium or large organisations creating processes and material to support the wellbeing, integration and effectiveness of their new-immigrant workforce.

Furthermore, I support managers and team leaders / supervisors in becoming more aware of their own world view and how that may differ, or be similar, to that of their immigrant workforce.This awareness is the first step to harnessing the power of cultural diversity and reducing friction.

Support can be one-on-one coaching, small group workshops, for your immigrant team members and their managers, or a combination of those. Effective and targeted integration assists employees and organisations reducing potential friction and faster reaching optimal performance levels.
