Individually we are one drop. Together we are an ocean.

Effective team work has long been identified as key to organisational success.

‘We need to have some team building’ is, therefore, a frequently heard sentence. Less frequently one hears the sentence:  ‘No matter what it costs’.

Long-lasting impacts on team work typically come from initiatives where team members and leaders learn and practice to understand and trust each other.

One of the most intuitive and practical ways towards effective teams is the TetraMap® System.
Drawing on the four elements as metaphors for behavioural and communication preferences, TetraMap® is a New Zealand-developed tool assisting work teams in understanding why others are ‘like that’ and how to work with ‘them’.

The TetraMap® system has the economic advantage that once it is introduced, individuals, teams and organisations can continue with the practice at their own pace and with minimal additional costs.

Successful team development can take time. I cannot ‘make’ the change happen; only the organisation and its people can do that.

What I can do, however, is facilitate those developments by highlighting paths that can lead to the desired goals.
