Transfer of Knowledge

New Zealand’s aging workforce is somewhat of a taboo subject. It does not need to be.

Age-related transitions, when managed with care and respect, can be of great benefit

for the individual and the organisation.

As development facilitator I work with individuals and organisations ensuring that:

  • Succession plans are in place, minimizing a productivity dip,
  • The transfer of expertise and knowledge is organised, and
  • Initiatives are developed and implemented to ensure the person(s) exiting the workplace can do so in a manner that respects them and the needs of their organisation.
Support can be one-on-one coaching, small group workshops, psychometric testing, on-line learning or a combination of those. Incorporation of the TetraMap® Technology in these initiatives furthers effective communication and planning.
