Age-related transitions, when managed with care and respect, can be of great benefit
for the individual and the organisation.
As development facilitator I work with individuals and organisations ensuring that:
- Succession plans are in place, minimizing a productivity dip,
- The transfer of expertise and knowledge is organised, and
- Initiatives are developed and implemented to ensure the person(s) exiting the workplace can do so in a manner that respects them and the needs of their organisation.
