Although I believe that there rarely is one workshop that fits all organisational and participant requirements, I am also pragmatic enough to see when the wheel does not need to be re-invented. Therefore, I am happy to:

  • Develop a workshop completely new for your specific requirements (which is admittedly the expensive and time-consuming option),
  • Revise existing workshop material for which I hold the rights, or that is found in the public domain, and tailor it to your requirements  (probably the most cost-effective option)
  • Facilitate off-the-shelf workshops for which either myself and/or the client is accredited
  • Facilitate workshops around communication and teamwork using the TetraMap® System

In areas that are outside my personal expertise I am able, through my network of experienced colleagues, to match your organisation’s needs with the best suited facilitator – for soft-skills workshops as well as for more technical or sales skills training.
Because there is no one, right approach I will discuss with the client the type of support best suited to the situation and the people. Our support can be one-off,
on-going, or on an as-needed basis.
